You were indeed a calming influence during some of these very trying ordeals. As you knew, we first fired 2 gentlemen with highly regarded reputations. They were unable to convince us to drop our price and take the 1 offer received, although this offer was 21% under our asking price. We did have to cancel the contract and move on as we felt that they were only interested in a quick sale. Number 2 group, also with much hoopla to their resume, took over and had free rein while we were on vacation for 2 months in Europe. The results were even worse as we returned to find our belongings totally packed up, and the house feeling empty. With no offers, we had to replace them with you as we should have done to start with. You are very organized, professional and your team work effectively with 1 goal in mind, get the job done, and get the house sold. You were always available and returned our calls promptly.
